Very clean. It was nice to have direct access to the hotel from the parking garage. Staff provided excellent service. Room service was nice. Great location.

I was placed in room 321 only to find it occupied. Staff promptly got le a dofferwnt room though, not sure how this happened. Air clndirioner in the room is too loud.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was super nice, I felt it was a bit overpriced, I mean $425.00 for one night. But it was within walking distance to many places.

Beds had a lot of mileage on them. Both beds were to soft and had the sunken places that old mattresses get. It’s time to replace them

Loved the location. The amenities were great. The staff was accommodating.

We opted out of house cleaning but asked for new towels and old towels taken out. The old towels were left in the room. I also asked for a trash bag to be removed. It was not. Our toilet ran all night, the first night. I fixed the issue myself.

The location was great and the price as well. The room was clean but I did find a bag of goldfish lodged between the bed and the wall which is something easily missed.

The shower was spraying water everywhere and I had to fight with the shower curtain for it to stay closed but the floor still ended up getting soaked. Then the tub drained out slow I was standing in a puddle of water by the end of my shower. A few hours before checkout something bit me on the neck 3 times, while laying in the bed. I went to the front desk to share my complaints and was asked if I wanted house keeping to come check for signs of bed bugs but I had already checked myself. I wasn't offered to speak with a manager or any compensation for my complaints not even extra points.
