If the AC had worked or moved us to another room. Room temp above 78 all night.

We liked the billiards table, the breakfast was great as usual for Hampton, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were some aspects of the building that needed upkeep (broken trim/unwashed windows/missing paint) but overall the cosmetic issues weren't a show stopper.

We cut our visit short because the outdoor pool was closed and went somewhere with an indoor pool. The staff was able to help us do this without incurring extra costs. Would stay again. Also it was nestled in a corner so it was a slightly longer drive to get to any amenities.

I actually changed my reservation from another hotel due to the advertised “free breakfast “ at this location. Then upon arrival after scanning my card I was informed there was no free breakfast due to a kitchen issue. I understand things happen but how about something resembling an attempt at good customer service to make up for the unfortunate circumstance. How about buying some bagels and supplying in the morning? How about a discount on the room or a discount on a future visit? Nothing! Just a half hearted apology. Clearly customer service means nothing at this establishment. Disappointed!

Excellent location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly even in the lobby which is nice. I’m sure if the dog was barking or otherwise drawing attention to itself, perhaps they wouldn’t be welcome. It’s nice when dogs are judged on an individual basis. Room was comfortable and the hotel was very clean.

Staff were excellent. Hotel was clean and well managed. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

Fresh fruit cup was often low. I guess it was popular.

I had a problem with the “Booking” reservation. the hotel honored the rate and I booked it on site. first time I have had a problem with Booking.com.

Girls too loud for prom night before they left and a good hour after they got back in the wee hours of the morning. We understand just wish they were more considerate.

The whole atmosphere was good.The rooms where clean and the staff was very polite and professional. I used the workout room and it was nice and clean.. Overall I rate it a 9. I would definitely return.

Several concerns in regards to the food. It was cold. The bread was very hard, and there was always a wait for coffee.

Pet friendly – good breakfast – The rooms are very well laid out and very clean. Very quiet, and set away from any roads. Limited areas to walk a dog. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
