The person who l checked us in should not be in the position to deal with the public. She was extremely rude to start and tried to redeem herself but not well. Also, the egg breakfasts were nasty.. rubbery and messy.

See above. Also, why was my rate different on the 2nd night?

The service was great. The breakfast was awesome and a bonus 😋

Staff was nice...except for valet people. Room was clean. Location was great.

Ran out of coffee and had to wait on more both days. Please stop serving polish sausage and turkey sausage for breakfast😒 Valet was a joke! Had only 3 spaces to pull off the street. We actually left, had lunch, and came back, believing we were just getting there at a busy time...3:30 Still had to double park on the street to unload. Valet told us that we were making the hotel look bad to do that but what were we supposed to do? Had to help a maid untangle sheets because laundry left them in a huge bin unfolded. They have a hard enough job without having to do the laundries job too. Never saw the bar open.
