Location was fine, breakfast was good.
It wasn't the hotels fault. We had made reservations for a handicap room through hotels.com and your hotel had not received them. so bathroom was not accessible to me. it caused a lot of issues for me

Very minimal. Most of the food items seemed to be left over from previous “days”. Un appetizing.
Cleanliness. In particular, the coffee maker had a liquid skum in the reservoir. Very obvious it was that way for a very long time.

Breakfast was fantastic on the two mornings that we went. All the staff that I encountered were friendly and accommodating. No troubles or issues whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Parking is good, convenient to shopping such as Walmart and numerous restaurants and a movie theater. Also decent location for getting to IL State Univ. Didn't get up in time for bkfst but it seemed popular, smallish but indoor pool. Good value for $.
Noisy rooms on floor at 0100, hotel is decent, not really eye catching or inspiring, good place to stay if you're leaving the hotel to do stuff.

BR faucet definitely leaking and wasting water. Surprised not noted before we arrived when room turned over.

This is our 2nd time staying here and my 2nd review on the hotel. We love this hotel as a family of 6 it is hard to find hotels that can/will accommodate that big of a group with just 1 room. The location is also great, it is around everything. We will continue to come here for many more trips in the future.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the facility was clean.
The room next to us was very loud with multiple kids and the parent up all night and being over the top loud. It was outright disrespectful and rude. The staff handled my complaint with what we were told was a full refund along with the other 3 rooms that complained. Why people that do this are not immediately kicked out is odd to me. They were allowed to act this way while the other patrons were forced to accept it, not sleep and the hotel had to have lost money refunding rooms.
