Very friendly
One washroom per room , means one washroom for 10 people

The cost is very high for a hostel, but relative to surrounding lodging it was worth it!
Co-ed rooms are always a gamble with noise.

Good facilities in the room (personal fan, privacy curtain etc). Walking distance to main town, bus stop close by. Bar downstairs reasonably priced, great happy hour.
The room was very hot, despite the outside temperature being 12 degrees. No outside food allowed downstairs in the bar area, so there’s only a small space upstairs in the kitchen to eat & chill. Price is a lot for a hostel but that is Banff

The location and the cleanliness .
The bar was too loud downstairs it’s hard to sleep at night .
