Bed was comfortable
The towels were dirty, the remote only changed the channel’s and hat to turn tv on and off with button on the side of the tv. There were holes in the bathroom on the walls. Had to buy a pillow as their pillows were way to thin.

The location was fine, but, the parking lot entrance was confusing. We drove all the way around the Best Western to a dead end, then found the entrance on the way back around. Nice that we could park in front of our door. As clean as it looked, it still seemed shabby.
We found it strange that we had to ring a bell to gain entrance to the main foyer, had to wait a few minutes for them to let us in. Receptionist was not all that pleasant, her demeaner was almost mechanical. Piles of debris (bicycle, tables, chairs etc..) stacked outside our room. Secondary door latch in our room was broken. Tub faucet leaked down the wall when shower was on.

Close to hospital. Cheaper then other places. You get what you pay for!
hard to reach front desk for correct internet code, rang bell then had to call twice before call answered. Hot water warm only!

Shampoo and conditioner should be in screw top plastic bottles. Those sachets you have presently is difficult to open

Inn needs desperately to be updated.
Peeling paint, very dark. Only light in the room was over the TV which made it hard to watch.

Easy & efficient check-in.
The location was very close to person I was visiting.
The room, although very old and in need of renovation (perhaps), was clean and functional.
I thought I was booking the Best Western on line (the two m/hotels are back to back - assumed it was BW “Liberty Inn” location), so I was disappointed it was not as nice as the hotel I thought I was booking. my fail.
The hotel itself was old. The clientele was sketchy. But that’s why it was cheaper than BW. Now I know. All worked out, but not likely to book that motel again.

No breakfast. Expensive area to stay in but the room was clean safe and no bugs.
Building is older but cared for. Could be renovated but for the price good deal.

The motel in general was just run down the room was ice cold when we arrived and had to get ready for a wedding the bedding was not clean and I was surprised at how low budget it was $100 isn't cheap for us please like that I could have stayed down the street at Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn for an extra 30 bucks with breakfast. The room also smelled horrible like it had been smoked in for days I woke up with a sore throat

Good location.
Old renovation. Rooms and linens look poor. If you have extra money, it is better to pay twice as much and get comfort in another hotel.

It was clean.
Price, for what you get, not what I would call value for your dollar. TV didn’t work, turned on but screen was snowy.

Not much.
The room was standard. The people in the room next to me where loud. They played loud music until 1 am. I could not sleep. I booked for two nights but left early at 6am after 1 night.
I won't be coming back to this place.

When I read the reviews about the hotel, I was expecting to see the worst but when I got there I was quite impressed. It wasn't the best though but the room was comfortable and decent. The cleaner was also really nice, the only thing I didn't like was with the front desk, I wasn't able to get enough help from the lady that was there, most times I just had to do what I needed to do by myself.
