Jill and her husband were amazing hosts and went the extra mile to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were very helpful in giving advice when I was unsure with directions. Breakfast was another of the many reasons I enjoyed waking early for the hot bread rolls and delicious fruit salad. Everything was within walking distance from markets, history museum and many other great coastal views worthy of a few photos. I will certainly stay there again.

My time passed by too quickly and had to leave and go back to my country of origin. Thanks to many great pics and memories which I get to keep at least. I will return again.

very clean, pretty garden

Basic accommodation but very clean and comfortable. Location to airport is great (we needed 10 min by car in the early morning) and the owner - absolutely incredible! Super friendly, super uncomplicated, he gave us a nice wake-up call to not miss our early morning flight and had coffee and a breakfast ready for us to get us started as fast as possibly :) absolutely lovely!

We only stayed for a day but we liked it so much we wished to stay more. The owners are the heart of the accomodation. Their smile and helping values are most appreciated.

Cannot think about something we didn't like.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. He answered all my questions. Just ask if you have a problem, maybe they can solve it. The breakfast was a fresh bread roll with jam, and fruits, which was enough to start the day. This is a good value for money accomodation for a few days.

wonderful couple, they looked after us so well. This place is so cheap for what it offers. baisic room but clean and all you need. Great location and there are loads of busses to all over the island nearby.

We are immigrating to Mauritius, after months of stress Junis and his wife made us feel at home. Took great care of us and my disabled mother. Thank you Junis! We were able to catch our breaths before taking on the next steps.

Everything was perfect

The Auberge Le Saladier is just 5 minutes walk from the main bus terminal. From there you can easily take buses to the airport, Port Luis and Blue Bay

The man running the auberge was incredibly charming and helpful. Welcome email included very detailed instructions on getting there. Breakfast was simple, coffee and bread with jam and butter, but very good and exactly what I needed.

I am an unfussy traveler. Nothing to complain about.
