It’s older, but it was clean enough. It’s right on the beach and the staff is really friendly.

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like that we didn’t expect

Lake Okanagan just across the road and right beside a crosswalk. We stayed in a suite with 2 bedrooms with good mattresses (and thus, no back pain issues). Very quiet as late September. Only a block from Saturday’s Outdoor Farmers and Crafters Market. Great fun to walk through. Close to so many restaurants.

Unfortunately the indoor pool was undergoing repairs.

Cleanliness was subpar at best. First noticed the huge spider and two big spider webs above the main window. Then while trying to have a shower noticed the spider webs around the window in bathroom. That window sill had not been cleaned in a while. Did not enjoy the water temperature changing continuously while showering. First you are scalded next it was freezing. Super dangerous for young kids. Was not impressed when folding out the sofa bed, it was very apparent the sheets had not been changed from the last guest. When asking for clean sheets was told “It happens”…. Both mattress and sofa bed were so hard I had to get an alternative mattress to sleep for the rest of our stay. Wished they had entry mats and broom available to sweep myself. Being that close to beach you are bound to track back sand. Just didn’t enjoy having to constantly walk on it in room. Literally damped a cloth to run across the floor so it wasn’t so bad.
