Paid for 3 rooms got a cottage with a bunkie instead which was nice close to the beach, very clean

Intermitten hot water in the bunkie, no windows in the bunkie poor air circulation, couldn't open the door as it lets in the bugs, I would suggest adding those meshed door

The only good thing about this motel is it is near the beach.

We booked this motel for $400 per night. First of all it was a whopping amount seeing the motel. It was total waste for us. The place is not even worth $50. There were so many spiders and insects in the room and outside. In the room, when you would sleep, a spider would come from above from nowhere to spend the night with you. It was disgusting. The shower setting was so tricky; difficult to set to desired temperature; either it becomes too hot or damn cold. May not recommend the place to my friends and others.

The price for one The bed the mattress needed changing The smell Woke up turned on the lights and saw cockroaches scampering on the floor.Beds were uncomfortable . Had a major sink on 1 side the sheets weren't clean the pillow cases had spots in as though they weren't clean.it was highly over priced for a 1 night stay..for a 1 star quality. The room was smelly and ac was so loud with rackling nosies The curtains was dusty and old.

The location was excellent. You could access to the beach within 1-2 mins of walking. LCBO, Pzza pizza, and many other stores are 3-5 minutes of walking.

Only one parking included if asked. But i was able to negotiate a 2nd spot no charge.

There was no breakfast included. Price was too high for small room. TV was not working.

Room was not cleaned properly. Room was filled with the mosquitoes. BBQ was not cleaned. Chairs and bench has oils from years and not even one time it was cleaned.

The lady who owe or manage the place really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and very try to help my older brother and sister who talk french and give them what they needed and more

The staff were very nice, and the rooms were as pictured and as clean as possible considering the age/condition. Air conditioning worked fairly well. The location is the real star of the show though, you can walk around the corner right to the end of beach one, which is less busy than the other end. However it is still close enough to walk down the beach strip to the shops and restaurants as well.

The rooms are very simple, bordering on ramshackle. Though they are clean, with towels, blankets and pillows on the bed, they are clearly in need of repairs. The shower handle was broken off, and the water sprayed out in all directions unless it was on the lowest setting. The water pressure in the sink was the same, and the hot and cold water faucets were reversed. The mattresses are also quite thin and uncomfortable once you lay in one spot for a while. Some repairs, regular maintenance, and comfort upgrades would take this from a simple motel to something very special.
