Very clean, easy off/on the highway
No complaints except for the fact that we had to pay for parking, that was not as advertised

Very friendly staff and helpful
The beds are a little hard and also the blanket situation was hard to navigate. Consider a blanket with a duvet cover. Too many layers were a pain

Room was great and staff friendly -overall the hotel was clean and tidy
reception staff were slow to clean a spillage in lifts. breakfast could gave more healthy options : no sugar muesli granola or cereals with nuts and seeds and more fruit

Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was helpfull
Paid parking was not a nice surprise (hidden about 3 layers in on Booking.com. Made my decision based on listed price. Really dislike being tricked. Then we get up stairs and there are way too many stains on the floor. My daughter got grossed out and none of felt comfortable. Hampton inn is now on my not worth it list.
