The location was unbeatable. We used the buses to get around, and the bus stops were always right outside the hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious.
The beds were not great. I think they’re just old and need to be replaced. Also, our bathtub sank down a little in the middle and our door didn’t shut properly unless we pulled it closed. I wish there was a pool or hot tub.

I liked that the property was as walkable to the convention center. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was super friendly.
The hotel needs to be remodeled. The rooms had a lot of wear and tear. The carpet throughout definitely needed to be upgraded.

The property is very well located to restaurants and Sundance Square. I liked the two free Happy Hour cocktails provided per person and the breakfast was excellent
The room felt a little bit dark

Huge suites and close location to Sundance Square. Excellent breakfast included.
The entire property is in desperate need of refurbishment. The Hilton Group should be embarrassed have their name attached to this site. Once grand but now totally outdated and not up the the standard you would expect from the Hilton brand.
