Very clean, pristine white bedding. Excellent attentive service provided by front desk staff. Location turned out to be perfect—directly across from Red Arrow station and a short walk to the mall.

I love how friendly and welcoming the staff are. They were very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure the guest are happy.
Hotel itself is an old building. Could do with a bit of reno.

Bed was comfy, hotel location very clean and the staff was friendly
Complimentary breakfast in a bag. with the pandemic protocols lifting we can start going back to normal and wake up to a decent self serve complimentary breakfast. But it seems businesses are being cheap and still exploiting it's customers. The fitness center is a joke a bunch of equipment crammed into a hotel room..
