I wanted information, I called the provided number, person on the phone had no information and was of no help at all. They didn't even seem to know what venues they own because I had to repeat the address multiple times and they got it wrong every time. Given the nature of your rents and the fact that everything is done online, your phone support should be exceptional rather than lacking.

breakfast is not available until 8:00 a.m. which is late for travellers that have a long distance to travel

It was a clean place to stay.

The location
The Wifi did not work and when i called the desk they said to walk in the room to see if it will work because they have problems sometimes connecting.
The noise upstairs until midnight. I called the receptionist at 10h15 she said she had to wait for 11h00 to call them.
The sink was leaking water on the shelf under.
When you flush the handle always got stock. You had to play with it for the water to stop!

The property is centrally located and in a charming location. lots of cute restaurants and buildings nearby
nothing, this place was great! The taxi I ordered for 4:15am in the morning showed up at 4:10am-everything was seamless.

I love this hotel, it's my home away from home in Rouyn. Staff is always incredible and easy to approach. Hotel is the best location in town - EVER - if you happen to be in town for the FME or, really, for any other event.
It literally feel like a second home.
Can't wait to visit again.
I wish I could visit Rouyn (and stay at this hotel) more often.

Covid-19 epidemic dampened hotel experience.

Beautiful lobby and rooms. AC Worked well. Spacious room and bathroom. Walking distance to a park by the water one way, and to the downtown pedestrian streets. Great restaurants.

The room is very small. With two children, it was very crowded. We weren't allowed in the restaurant because we came from Montreal. ( red zone). We ordered food in the room but it was very inconvenient to eat, as the table was completely unsuitable for lunch. In addition, the room did not have enough chairs for 4 people.
