Comfortable beds, clean room, we were on the street side but room was quiet. staff were helpful and very friendly! Pool & hit tub area are wonderful. Great landscaping & beautiful view over the valley!

The outdoor area is amazing and very well maintained! We really enjoyed the sauna, pool, hot tub, and the outdoor BBQ area with gazebos. The room overall was fine, and the bed and linens were clean and comfortable.
Special thanks to the staff, who were very responsive, friendly, and answered our phone call immediately when we had an issue.
The bathroom condition was disappointing: dark/dirty water came out of the tap initially, the drain was clogged with hair and dirty, and the water didn't drain properly. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room.
Additionally, parking is an issue: we had a designated spot assigned to our room number, but when we returned late one night, another car was parked there. The staff assigned us another spot right away, but it seems there aren't enough parking spaces for all rooms.
