Our room was on the first floor above the bar/restaurant. We could hear the LOUD music from below till well into the night and it was very disruptive.

Le charme des petits hôtels indépendants et la gentillesse du personnel.
Le bar et le restaurant sont très agréables et le nourriture y est excellente.

L'emplacement était parfait et la vue exceptionnelle sur le château. La chambre était spacieuse.
Les hauts parleurs a l'extérieur de la bâtisse sont directement sous les fenêtres ce qui fait que la musique est extrêmement forte dans la chambre jusqu'à 23h le soir. De plus, les portes sont très mal isolé ce qui fait qu'on entend tout le monde parler et marcher dans le couloir. La chambre est au dessus d'un bar donc la musique est très forte aussi jusqu'à très tard. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit.

Lovely hotel in an ideal location with very helpful staff. The restaurant and bar served delicious food in a charming and fun atmosphere. We ate here twice and loved it both times. I would stay here again and will recommend it to friends visiting Quebec City. Loved it!

Great location. Restaurant was amazing with a beautiful Patio.
Coffee was great in the am. A muffin would have been a nice addition.

The property was close to everything which was ideal.
Very nice renovation.
Restaurant smells from floor below wafted through the bathroom vents, garlic and cabbage. No mini fridge in room, only one chair.No attendant on sight, they had to be rung up at the service desk.

Above a restaurant that pumps out loud music from 10:30-10:30. As long as you don't plan on using your room then you'll be fine. May be different if you don't get a room with a view.

We loved the old world ambiance of the stone wall and the location was excellent. We could walk everywhere.
A small refridgerator in the room is always helpful and the parking was slightly far away.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and a coffee machine in the room would be nice.

It was so full of character and the location was fabulous. I was checking out the area where my French Canadian roots started and everything was in easy walking distance.
The only thing that bothered me was the bathroom door having a frosted glass panel. I would like a solid door or a curtain. But it's not a deal breaker. We'll stay again.

The location was beautiful and picturesque, right across the street from the famous Chateau Frontenac. The castle view from the room window was breathtaking!
There was a little bit of noise that could be heard from the room that came from people passing by on the street.

fabulous location in the old city!!!! walking distance to everything you need!
great drinks in the pub downstairs, and great staff
we were on the first floor right above the pub and street side, so it was a little noisy until they closed, but not too bad. get a room towards the back if you can.

Excellent location. Beautiful! The old city is walkable and we did not have to use our car for visiting any location. We would absolutely recommend this place to stay and would stay here again!
