The maintenance of the inside of the building is terrible. Trim is coming off walls at the floor, floors in elevators are filthy, carpeting in our room was ripped and shredded.

Room was clean hotel was short on staff but still so absolutely amazing

Beds were comfortable.

Front desk lady wasn't friendly. Wouldn't let us check in before 3pm. Wouldn't give us 3 keys. Computer didn"t work to print boarding passes. Elevator certification was expired by over 1 month. Hallway by elevator smelled awful. Carpet in lobby and halls looked dirty.

The staff was very helpful and friendly

The room had a damp musty smell , and our socks were black on the bottom from walking around inside the rooms.

The beds and the room were cozy, the breakfast was good.

The 10 dollar a day parking, and there's huge pot holes in the parking lot, that was ridiculous

this hotel was absolute filth. these pictures are NOT!! the same hotel!!! the pool was green and the water was cold. the room was filthy hair in the tub. and the couch/pull out bed mattress had disgusting fresh stains on it. and staff said it was ok because the mattress was only 5 years old. the breakfast, horrible. employee had it out by 6:15, well you’re not allowed to dine until 7am, so it was cold. we left and went to Cracker Barrel instead. a family member had a different room and they had pills left from previous tenant left on the bed. absolutely the worst stay ever and even my 6 year old noticed how filthy this place was.

the reason I pick your place was cause of the pool and it was closed while we were there.

Freeway, Costco and Starbucks adjacent

Dirty, the elevator looked like a crime scene. They were remodeling, carpeting torn up, 1/3 of the door plaques were randomly on the floor, pool closed, parking lot 1/4 full of dumpsters etc. This was a Friday night, I'm sure there was no construction happening over the weekend. The carpeting in the room reeked of stale cig smoke to the point of I on;y slept 3 hours and I'm a former smoker, a live cogarette in the room would've been better. First and last Hampton for me. Thanks

I only booked 1 night at this hotel and told them I would be checking in very late, the hotel charged me for 2 nights.

I found it ridiculous to be charged $10 for parking. A back handed way to charge the customer more money. I have never paid for parking at any other Hampton Inn or any hotel. Same on you!

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice with a nice shower, and a great breakfast!

I am still waiting on a resolution on the staff emailing me a copy of my receipt as well as one to my brother's email. I have a pending charge on my cc that isn't supposed to go through, as well, because we used a different card to pay when we got there.

Breakfast was good.
