Staff was great

Room was old and there were pet hair all over the room and we found a few bugs in the room.

Water was warm which helped with the kids and the cool weather

The property was beautiful and clean. The views were breathtaking.

The pool side bar should stay open longer

Property was very nice. Heated pool and hot tubs were great.

We were On the first floor had a lot of traffic by our room. Little noisy.

The heated pools were the best. Grounds looked great.

A FAMILY of 6x , 2 rooms at $42000 for 5x nights just isn't worth the stay at the resort. Could have rented a house for half that. The only things you gain are pools and Beech access because of the location. Bike rentals for 4x would of been $320 for 3 days. That is unreasonable. We had to go off the resort to a local shop and paid $130 for 4x bike for 3 days. Omni failed to provide even decently bike rental rates in a time period that no one was even renting bikes... it was like a ghost town there. As a resort, you should provide reasonable priced activities or why even go there. Omni at Championsgate Orlando does this much better. A family can not afford to eat at your restaurants. Your cheapest restaurant is still overpriced, and the food isn't of a quality that you would pay that unless you're desperate. So, really, the only reason to go there is for a pool and ocean access. Not a resort that has anything else included. I feel foolish for having paid as much as we did for a 5x night stay. There should have been a discount for the second room for a family of 6x. Also, we asked for a connecting room but was not given one. We were moved to the 5th floor and upgraded to a better view of the Courtyard. I've been to 5x Omni properties. Omni Championsgate Orlando Omni Bedford Springs Omni Homestead Omni Dallas Hotel Downtown Omni Hilton Head The rooms were fine. The room had a odd smell that you had to get used to. Big rooms. The actual hotel floors and hallways were wide with open to the outside.

Breakfast was very good

Amazing location and gorgeous beach which wasn't crowded at all. Dining options onsite were varied which was great. Rooms were nice and spacious. The staff were fantastic and couldn't have done more for us! We could cycle to so many local spots and along the beach which we loved and Hilton Head has so many great dining options.

The family pools were nice but busy (although we did go in school holidays!). The rooms although spacious and comfortable could do with updating but we were told they are due for an update in the next few months!

The staff was universally excellent Special shout out to Jackie who created a different towel animal fir us each day. She was pleasant, efficient, and put up with our times out of the room.

Rooms were tired, needs a refresh. Hate the stucco walls in the corridors. TV ridiculous.
