Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Late arrival was no problem - staff were expecting me. Heating controls were effective. Price was great value.

Was close to my son's house, clean though chilly. I went straight to bed, midnight, got up brushed my teeth, dressed and left. Told there would be coffee and breakfast but I was late and left. Night personnel was very courteous and helpful.
Was a bit chilly and I don't mess with thermostats so a blanket would have been appreciated. Room was well appointed otherwise. I don't know if the view was the garage next door or the mall across the street, didn't look out, because of missed planes I was too tired for scenery, just wanted to sleep.

Room was clean and close to our meeting places. Staff were very friendly! TV channels offered better choices than most hotels / motels.
Hot water was a key issue. I neglected to check previous reviews, and had I done so, would have noticed that this had been an issue for as far back as a year ago. Sounds proofing between floors was non-existent as evidenced by the drunken rhino foraging around the room above us after presumably celebrating between 2:00 -3:30 am. Outlets and switches are dated. Strong cigarette smoke smell on the second floor. Breakfast could use fresh fruit and at minimum yogurt instead of carb only options (something diabetic friendly).
