Pool was under supposed to be closed for renovations but when we to go check (around 9 PM) there were many people in the pool and in the hot tub and in the locker room area. And the worker can lock the door when we came. Many signs said it was supposed to be under renovations why were people in the pool?

Worker who came lock the pool entrance didn’t explain why they allowed the other people in the pool then comes lock the doors on us. Rude

Rooms were clean

Breakfast staff weren’t friendly and the janitor had the mop pail blocking the one side for people to enter the breakfast area. The staff was clocking the time to clear out the food and when I went down at 9:00 there was little food left in the buffet warmers. They were slow in replenishing more food. The oatmeal was clumpy and glue-y.

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean. But walls are paper thin, could hear housekeeping running the vacuum in the next room at 7:00am. If the floor above us flushed their toilet, ours would run really loud. Pool area needs some serious cleaning and maintenance. Blow drier in room was a serious fire risk, we couldn’t have been the first to discover this and I’m guessing it has been mentioned about before.

Pool needs better upkeep.

very noisy in the night. our room was close to the elevator and the music in the speaker was loud all night long. it appeared to change in volume throughout the night with some songs being louder than others. heater unit was very loud as well and could hear the units from other rooms around us throughout the night.

I liked the breakfast it was a great variety. The room was nice but, the bed a little uncomfortable. Location was fantastic. The hotel staff were very accommodating and sweet. I would definitely stay here again.
