Only stayed one night on a road trip through. The one bedroom suite was spacious and having the kitchenette was nice to have. We were close to restaurants to order take out (east side marios) and the pool with slide was fun for our 11 year old. Beds were sufficiently comfortable and 2 bathrooms in the suite was nice to have as well

We were disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub at the pool. Breakfast was not included, however, the Caribbean food restaurant on site smelled delicious (we did not eat there though as it was outside our budget.)

We loved almost everything about the kitchenette suite. The size was wonderful for 5 people. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was so nice.

I'm very disappointed that my 17 year old daughter had to sleep on a broken pull out bed. I was really hoping the hotel would offer a discount when I brought this up. My young adults said the pool was really dirty and did not go in.

sooooo dark in hallways and rooms. ! such a musty Oder in every hallway and room. we had to ask for muffins in morning. they were locked in the back of office. only one elevator. I asked to be close to elevator and was put at end of hallway.

We were double charged

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly.

Prices were higher than expected due to the hotel being booked by workers in the area. G

We did not get breakfast the staff was great our room was to far from elevator and sons,room.

I think the sink outside of toilet should have a door .

clean and great staff, efficient and kind.

Breakfast was a packaged muffin made in California full of preservatives and mostly sugar. Juice box was good.

Bathroom was very small and lacked a bathmat and tub mat. The room was an hour late for check in time. Our room was charged twice on our credit card (trainee at the desk) and the hotel clerk said she couldn’t correct it, directed me to phone the credit card provider which had a 3 hour wait time. Finally got it resolved on our own after 2 phone calls.

Good Restaurant

There is a train that runs beind the hotel. It is wildly loud and runs at all hours of the night.

Room was very nice and spacious, clean. But pricing is high compared to other hotels in the area.
