Price
The top of the desk and dresser was sticky. No refrigerator in room
Extremely limited breakfast
People partying in the parking lot

It was way cleaner than the first room at American best. And the staff was way nicer during the encounters we had and the price was way more affordable than the other run down location I originally booked.
The show curtain had some mold. And the sheets had stains but that was it.

The property was clean and quiet for the most part
I could tell that they were switching ownership and was not totally transitioned yet
