Friendliness of the staff! The fire alarm was beeping for no reason and they moved us room quickly! Guest service seemed to enjoy their job unlike other places we've stayed in this area!

Stay was expensive but adequate. Person checking us in on Saturday night told us breakfast started at 6. We needed to start early Sunday morning, but breakfast did not start until 7 on the weekends. So, we waited for it to open to find out that we had to pay for our breakfast, didn't come with our room. We stayed on the 5th floor, top floor, and when we packed up and left our room, both elevators were out of service, and we had to go down 5 stories of stairs. Just had knee replacement a couple of months before but they did not care about the inconvenience, could have paid for our breakfast. WOn't be back.
