Better room and amenities than expected!! Pool was great!! Staff was savy and quick to accommodate us!!
The suite did not have updated silverware. Only one fork.

Good location.
The coffee pot was high end. I added bottled water to the resoivoir to make coffee and it had trash in it… should have been checked.
Otherwise, proptery was clean and full but we rarely waited for an elevator.

I would highly recommend each room get a dehumidifier. The sheets on the bed always felt damp and the ac was difficult to regulate. Other than that the service and room was excellent

The accommodations were wonderful. We were upgraded to an awesome room which worked out great for our group!

The breakfast options were different the 2 days we were there. Good selection. The staff taking care of it was helpful and did a good job with upkeep and stocking.
The room looked a little run down. There was damage to a kitchenette cabinet. The ice bucket was not clean when we got there. The floor of the shower could have been cleaner.

I like the separate bedroom and the real kitchenette. It was very clean and had no weird smells.
No big deal, but there should be a fan in the bathroom for steam and smells.

the property was clean and fully functional. there are actual pots and pans in the rooms to use in the kitchen. suite had a full size refrigerator and apartment size dishwasher.
the only complaint I can think of is the walk from the rooms to the breakfast/check-in area is quite a trek. but that’s just trying to find something wrong.

Great location
Wifi did not work from 6:00pm the night before until I checked out. Weather was gorgeous so that was not the problem. I had to complete work documents on my phone which gave me a horrible headache. The bed springs in Room 220 squeaked when I moved and the noise from the squeaking woke me each time I moved throughout the night. This was the first Homewood Suites out of the many I have stayed in that I wasn’t extremely happy. I got the impression from both staff members (the one on duty the night before and in the morning) that having no WiFi was normal. For $271/night I expect better.
