nice location close to the village , 10 min walk. 3 full bathrooms very helpful when traveling with a family. we were very comfortable and the AC was a big plus as couple of the days we were there were quite warm in Whistler. 

lock on hot tub (broke) as it was a bit flimsy. didn't know where it was as directions say it's on a hook on the wall by patio door, Not a big deal but it was in the book

Location was great. Walking distance from the marketplace but far enough away to be quiet!

great property , very close to everything

The property was amazing with its facilities and location, excellent mountain view. Enjoyed with my family and friends as a group.

Struggled to reach front desk or reception on the day of arrival, may be if clear information about the front desk address would have helped, saved some time.

-the property had many rooms and their own washrooms. that was a bonus. - great location, walking distance to everything. but also very quiet from everywhere. - the kitchen has all appliances and utensils.

our unit was missing the BBQ. the staff offered to bring us one. checkin was a little complicated. our unit # for our property was changed 3 times - our email confirmation has 2 different unit #’s and then when we checked in person, it was neither of the units in our confirmation. -one of the stove top burner was not working. we mentioned it to the staff.

air conditioning 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths master bedroom on same floor as living dining and kitchen. master bedroom had walk in shower! we brought our own shower bench and suction cup wall handles for safety reasons. high speed internet well appointed kitchen walking distance to village center hot tub

we would have appreciated 2 armchairs in master bedroom, to sit in to watch tv as opposed to sitting in bed, and a couple of lawn chairs for the yard, around the hot tub.

The townhouse has everything you could want for family cooking. Lots of space, games for kids, and a private hot tub.

The Montebello development is generally really quiet. This unit seemed to be located right where people are walking back into the neighbourhood from the bars at 2-3 AM. This made getting a good night sleep on a long weekend tough.
