breakfast options were good

I stayed one night then chose to stay one more. my room was suppose to be clean. nothing was wiped down, dirty room bed cover only pulled up dirty sheets. nothing was touched other than bed cover straightened out

Disappointed it shows the pool in website but it's not open. This should be noted on the website

Maybe add something from the Valley like, blueberries during the season or similar. Coffee is plan black drip water with little flavor and a stronger version would be a great addition.

Breakfast is much better than the brown paper bag but very much a "sysco" special which could have been from any mid-range hotel. Maybe a freshly boiled egg could add some value.

Continental breakfast was fine and staff let us stay a little longer in breakfast room.

Rates were considerably off - booking.com confirmation number said $574.40 CAD, actual charges came to $932.88. That was $100 at time of checkin and then $832.88 on checkout. Disappointing as I was in Abbotsford for a class reunion and could have booked through them (Trethewey party) at $89 per night, but wanted to support business that may be suffering due to COVID so booked outside of group rate that had been arranged with owner. So displeased about increase over booking.com rate to say the least.

Our room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was delicious, with many options available. Location is convenient, although it is close to a busy section of the city.
