Rooms were ok and clean.
Way too big and too busy. Had to queue for everything (check in, check out, breakfast, dinner) and it was virtually impossible to get a reservation in the restaurant. We arrived at 5pm on our first day and were told that the earliest table they could get us was 9pm. We then tried to book for the next day and were told both restaurants were fully booked.

It’s pretty and well located to the village
We arrived in a downpour. There is no service to help with luggage in any of the out buildings nor auto opening doors or elevators It was a hassle to settle in.

Beautiful location. Food was excellent. Staff were very friendly.
Had to carry luggage downstairs - no elevator in building. Extremely small space in room. Had to put luggage on a stool to open / use. Very cramped- bed on small raised platform with rocking chair - very little space for 2 people. Shower was difficult to turn off/ on. Did not live up to expectations for Michelin key rating.

Very lovely property and setting
Bedroom was not easy to find. As we arelygging our bags around. Instructions were very poor.
The bef was on a platform 1 foot above ground. So when i woke up in the middle of the night I stumbled as I missed the step.
There is no a la carte breakfast. The plunge pools area is 60$ per person!!! It was completely empty.
