Water was turned off in the hotel for a few hours. Unable to shower etc.. I was told I got a free upgrade on a room but on the receipt it showed I was charged $30. So which is it?!

The house keeping was bad they didn’t clean the room we had to ask for our room to be clean. We didn’t have any towels nor toilet paper. In the morning they knock our door asking if we were leaving this was very early this was a supervisor of the hotel….Very rude not polite at all. Check out at the property is at 11 am

Very clean hotel and room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were great, good food. The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing and the grounds are beautiful. Another great plus was the closing walking proximity to Top Golf.
