The location was just amazing. It was on State Street— very close to the 101, and with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby.
Our room had a horrible ant infestation problem, and we had to deal with many ant issues including some ants crawling on me. I did mention it to the staff many times. The issues are embedded in the property, so they can’t be resolved without professional care / maintenance.
The room definitely needs to be cleaned better, disinfected, and treated by a professional exterminator. I noticed ants in other areas around the property as well.
The rooms should be renovated as the furniture and interior design etc. is quite outdated.
The air filters for the air conditioner were filthy, and obviously in need of regular cleaning/ maintenance.
In addition, the breakfast is sorely lacking. Did not even have hard boiled eggs, and a very limited supply of items.
