Bed was okay

Breakfast not the best, for the price of a room, Pool opens to late in the morning. Tv supplier, and tv quality vey cheap.

The staff was friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool

We had to keep changing key cards because they would not work properly. My door would not close properly. Had to keep pulling it hard to shut it. The breakfast left alot to be desired. We slept in one bed and woke up in the middle of the night and the whole bed was soaked. It was liked they steamed cleaned it and didn't let it dry properly

The location was great

The breakfast was very disappointing. There was no meat of any kind. Just boiled eggs and toast Pancakes and yogurt. Some bacon or sausage would have been nice

The staff were friendly and so accommodating. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Has a pool, slide & hot tub. Good continental breakfast.

Dated. Distinct weed odour in the 3rd floor hallway. Curtain hooks broken so curtains wouldn’t close completely. Only 3 pillows on a king bed. Sheets wouldn’t stay tucked in. No extra blankets. Very skimpy bath towels and only two. Modem didn’t work (NOTE: staff member “Cole” was able to replace in a very timely manner). Air conditioner was very noisy. Early riser (5:30 am) guests talking loudly in the hall while young children racing up and down the corridor for 30+ minutes before breakfast started at 6 am.
