The bed was comfortable. The bed pillows were really good. They weren't those small flat pillows which was a plus. The breakfast was very good with a great server. The hotel itself was beautiful and very close to everything.

The hallways were very dark. They were too dark especially for people with low vision. It's a hotel so the hallways should be a bit brighter. I had to pay extra for breakfast. Breakfast did not come with the hotel room. The hotel room was a bit pricey. The hotel room didn't have a sofa. It needed more comfortable sitting especially for a pair seniors.

The location was great and the lobby looked amazing. The room was clean.

Kind of small complaints, but they compounded. The water pressure in the shower was poor, the toilet paper dispenser was behind the toilet which I have never seen before; it was pretty uncomfortable to reach back to get what you needed for toilet paper. There was a light in the closet that was malfunctioning, for several nights it was like a strobe light going off and even with the closet door shut, you could see it through the door vents. My friend and I found the beds uncomfortable. The faucet to the shower was backwards, cold was hot, hot was cold. I know we are not the highest class people, but for staying in a Hilton, we expected something just a bit more than what we got.
