too expensive no suites with separate bedroom restaurant hours did not match our schedule coffee shop would not accept cash

I booked and paid for a king room ended up getting a 2 double bed room we arrived at 4:30pm and the room was not ready until 5:30pm… The hot water faucet leaked when turned on the toilet did not flush properly the AC did not work properly… breakfast was supposed to be included but I had to go to the counter and ask for breakfast vouchers both days pretty embarrassing to have to ask for the voucher parking was also supposed to be included but was not……

Breakfast items were very picked through and not refreshed for the next guest many items were cold that should have been warm
