Location, facilities, most of the staff
Shuttle was hit or miss for us. We had to wait through 3 rounds of shuttle to get to the hotel even though we were first in the line. Driver didn’t even check the line just loaded people who pushed their way forward. Several times we were stranded for up to 45 minutes because shuttle driver was at dinner and there was no replacement. By the time he was arriving there were 12 people waiting and, again, he didn’t go with who was there first. We ended up paying for a cab. Van is really broken down.

Restaurant and pool on premises, clean, quiet.
Need to take a shuttle from downtown back to property.

Great quiet location, friendly staff. Good shuttle service. Nice on site restaurant. Nice modern decor in rooms.
Old plumbing. Room did not get serviced. They did bring fresh towels when we called. Beds are too soft and awful pillows. When we asked for firm pillows they brought lumpy stuffed pillows. Thin small white towels.
