At checkin, the male front desk clerk was super friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable. Valet/luggage carts were readily available.
At checkout I requested a printed receipt, yet the female front desk clerk absolutely refused to print one because I booked through Bookings.

No welcome items like I had received at the same hotel in a different state. No doggie welcome bag, no water, ect

Comfortable beds. A/C worked great. Room darkening shades totally blacked out the room. Rooms were very well insulated against outside noise.
Several dead crickets in bathroom light fixture of Rm 217. What "appeared to be" blood on sheer curtain of Rm 217.

The room was not made up for the second night!

Great for a family. The room was spacious, full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave was really convenient for staying with smaller children. I especially like the front is key entry only. We felt very safe staying there. The whole place was VERY CLEAN! Great hot breakfast. The staff was very nice and very nice to the kids. We will make this our preferred place to stay where ever we travel.

I inquired about a pet fee. It is WAY too high (75 per night).

Size of room was GREAT. Having kitchen was very nice.
Paper towel roll in kitchen -- was brand new - however it had been stored under the sink and apparently had been wet -- there was what appeared to be mold on the bottom of the roll.
