The condo was very comfortable, nice and clean inside. The deck was large with a nice view. The lady that we talked to at the number provided to us, was very nice and accommodating, as we came 1 hour earlier and she was able to get into the room with no issue. Thank you.

Coffee Machine did not make a tasty cup of coffee...not a great taste. Sent a text message and no one answered. For a taller bigger guy the toilets are to short and small. You feel like to you are sitting on the ground. The cleaning lady walked into the room on the Friday at 8:30 am with no knock on the door. As bit startling and un professional. The master bed would be so much better with a king size instead of a queen size. The drier did not dry the clothes and you cannot turn the dial to change the temperature.

The room was clean, comfortable, had nice views, and priced reasonably. We will be back for future stays in the Fairmont area. Thank you:)

The steep stairs to the loft had me worried the kids may get hurt.

What's not to like? This property was perfect for our stay. Upon arrival, we found the parking more than adequate.. Jaimie was so very helpful with each step of this journey. We had no problem using the indicated door code. There was every amenity as promised and then some...We had a spectacular view of the mountains out the front of our location! Every amenity was put to use (inside the house especially.) Access to the Fairmont Hot Springs pools was a simple car trip or by trail (at our age, we chose the drive up to this amenity.) For one of us, this was a return to childhood with memories aplenty...As it was then, so it is now - Full of beauty, fun and care by our hosts!

We had a bit of trouble finding our phase of the location; but with some help from Jaimie, we were able to enter our unit earlier than expected. Some unexpected rain accompanied our tour of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. But weather in the Canadian Rockies can be unpredictable!! Each lake and the surrounding scenery was spectacular...The "liquid sunshine" didn't dampen our enjoyment at all! We would recommend Discover Banff Tour Company to anyone interested in a short getaway to some of the best sights around this area!!

Beautiful and spacious. Great scenery. The beds were good. Check in was easy. It is all done online with a code for the door lock provided.

The house was very hot when we got there. It would have been nice for staff to turn on the ac before our arrival. Shower head needs to be changed.

it’s was clean and spacious. the property was set up for our comfort. If we wanted to make dinner or if we wanted to go out.

The unit was very clean and was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was also very close to the hot springs and numerous walking trails.
