A nice surprise for a one night stop. All the staff was friendly especially the girl at breakfast. She was so helpful and had a lovely smile.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. They made us feel welcomed.the beds were so comfy. Never slept so good in years.
The coffee was awful. Orange juice so so. No bread no warm fresh eggs. Very cheap brands if cereal. I prefer bread no pancakes or waffles. Not very good cfr the start of the day.. We went to tim horton s for coffee.

Recently updated so most cosmetic items are new based on Hilton.
The door to the outside provides no access if locked. We accidentally bolted the inside door and left through the outside door (room on ground floor) In doing so we could not re-enter the room. After involving the staff who didn’t know how to help us get in we were eventually able to open the deadbolt from the hallway. That in itself is concerning as it is a safety feature to not allow others to access your room. Very easy to do.
