The location and rooms were great.

Location and the rooms were spacious.

The ice machine didn’t work on either floor that we were assigned. We had 2 corner suites.

Would definitely stay here again. There was a miscommunication, but our reservation, and the staff went out of their way

Beautiful Property with incrediblestaff. Really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and affordable. Had a good workout room, very nice pool, and a very good breakfast. Plus the complementary drinks during happy hour was an unexpected treat, and a very kind gesture.

Honestly, no complaints!

Very nice staff. Great room. Best breakfast bar none of any hotel buffets.

The updates are nice. The breakfast service was great. Especially Appreciate the omelette bar. Very clean.

Wish they would finish the ceiling/roof of the main central area. Seemed dark with it all wrapped in construction nets / paper.

Of all the things we did, the hotel was in our top 3 of best things for the trip!

The rooms were spacious and the extra living area made getting the baby down for bed incredibly easier. The reception time with complimentary snacks and drinks was lovely and unique. The staff was friendly and responsive. Food and breakfast couldn't have been better. We became an Embassy Suite family after this trip.

Breakfast closed at 9 on the weekdays. Felt rushed with the kids one day. They stopped replacing the food around 8:45. I felt this could've been extended to 9:30 at least.

Always pay at booking because the property will charge you more.

I like the hotel but they Charged me 20 USD that where supposed to be a refund and they didnt refund it.

I didn't like that they did not charge what i had on my confirmation and Booking also charged me the same amount!!! I have a double charge.

Friendly staff and clean facilities in a great location near the airport. Rooms are satisfactory.

The location and the staff were excellent. The staff was very friendly and while we were there only one night and did not eat dinner or breakfast there the bar staff was very quick, friendly, and accomodating. We were able to get a ride from the shuttle at 4:30am and that was very helpful.

The rooms were clean, but slightly outdated in decor. The TV in our room was missing the remote control, I could not find it anywhere. The laminate flooring in the bathroom had some minor gaps. Overall it was a nice clean, quiet room but for $200 a night I thought I needed to provide context for others.

A brief stay in San Antonio

Everything! The bed was comfortable, the food was great, the staff was so friendly! Will definitely stay here again. Loved that we could see the planes taking off and coming in but never heard them! My kids loved this hotel, too.

The pool tiles need a good scrubbing, as well as the pool room needing to be updated, but really it wasn't a bother and we had fun anyway.

The staff was amazing! Super friendly, and made us feel welcomed

There was someone’s bra in our bathroom, nasty looking substances on the bedroom door like looked like blood or poop, and there was no conditioner in the bathroom
