Everything was excellent

There's so much for kids to do at the property. We drove for 8 hours with 2 kids (10 and 5) and they were bored. But as soon as we got to our room, they were ready to go to the amazing splash pool and loved it! The lazy river was a great thing for all of was and took the tireness away!
Nothing that the property could control - Orlando had a massive influx of the lovebugs which are harmless but nasty and everywhere!

Lazy River
When checking in the people at the desk really set the tone!!! when you arrive, there was NO hello NO smiling and when they went to give us our parking pass, they were even more rude because we declined to have a tour for them to try and sell us a timeshare they were extremely rude and almost through the parking passes at us !!! didn’t even say thank you anyways, or have a good day, or hope you enjoy your stay. There was not one word, horrible customer service and this happens almost every time we come there. It really puts us in a bad mood every time we check in. I think this company needs to have some kind of training with their staff on how to treat people..
