All the facilities and the location of the hotel
The temperature of the air conditioner is a bit weird to adjust to the right ones. Also the noise is quite loud which is annoying...

Location
The queen size bed near the window was not comfortable. It was sagging . The internet was not working or too slow. The carpet looked new but there was a stale smell to it.

Hotel & rooms were very clean, decent food options, rooms in our tower were spacious. Security was very visible throughout the hotel. Very helpful with assistance/information. Free parking. Excellent band at the bar. Good location to walk to great selection of downtown eateries or drive to area shopping. Close to border.
The $25 PER NIGHT resort fee is outrageous. No one at reception could tell me what it was for - first told it was a municipal law, then told provincial.
No organization of the concert lineup; not a staff member in sight to assist, completely disorganized & resulted in people entering the venue after the concert had started which was disruptive to concert-goers & likely the performer.
For. Eing a major casino, didn’t see any significant slot jackpots for a major casino.

Nice big room, free parking
They only clean the room every three days, which meant we didn’t get our room cleaned or our towels replaced, and there wasn’t enough air circulation for the towels to dry. Also, no clear directions on how to get from the parking to the hotel entrance, so we walked hundreds of meters through the casino, going up and down stairs following signs to the hotel desk
