Comfortable Beds.
Everything else. Bad location. Poor surroundings. Neighborhood didn’t feel very safe and closest bus stop was about 15 minutes walking distance. People kept smoking in the parking. Not value for money at all.

Nice green space and lovely leg room! This property is in the middle of Chula Vista and a great spot if you’re visiting 32nd street base or looking to stay in south county! The Vietnamese bakery next door makes breakfast croissants and coffee for great bang for your Buck.
There were no outdoor spaces to sit. They would do well to have some outdoor seating.

I checked in at 1 am. Gentleman at reception was waiting for my arrival.
I booked 4 nights, but on third night I moved to leased home. Surprisingly hotel Palmeras refunded the 4th night charges to my account.

The property was dirty, they didn’t have an iron the first two days.

it’s pretty worn down.
e.g. aircon didn’t work properly, no hot water, etc.
it was recently painted and the bed and
some equipment seem pretty new too,
but no attention to details

too expensive for that room, little shower, really noisy AC and freezer, had to turn off both at the middle of the night because I couldn’t sleep.

pool was working.
I was probably given a very old room the floor was very dirty there was hair, dust bunny’s and cobwebs on the wall. the bathroom walls needed cleaning. I was on the first floor and the noise from the room above was very loud.
