The best part of this property was Maggie. She was who I met first and was so glad I did. She was super nice, always smiling, happy to do anything you asked her to do. She even left us a sticky note either points of interest to check out. Room service was excellent too

The breakfast was very good and fresh. The service staff in the dining room was very friendly.
The location for walking was really good.
The flip side of location- A LOT OF HOMELESS living in the park across the street. That was my view in the morning as they all sleep there and conjugate there. The city should do better to help these people.
The carpets were gross. Very dirty every where. Common areas elevators room.
The mattress extremely uncomfortable. The sheets and comforter were put on backwards so all the tags were in our face while sleeping.
Not to mention we were right by the elevator will all the noise. They did give us free parking to make up for the continuous noise disturbance.
The front desk staff were not warm and genuinely friendly.
Prices are WAY too high for all these issues.
I would not recommend this hotel.
