We loved that it had a bar and a resteraunt attached and we were able to eat at a resonable price.

The staff was very accommodating. Did not have breakfast there.

The hot tub was broken (an ongoing issue) additionally the pool always was occupied for swim lessons, never was able to find a time that worked for me. The gym space was nice. Not sure why the trash in my room was never emptied during my stay.

Really disappointed with lack of value and old, tired outdated dimensions in bathroom.. Not even a free cup of coffee.. Didn’t know I had to ASK them if we wanted our room cleaned.. Tried to charge us $99 for room service we never ordered and was difficult to even get a copy of bill to discover this… Trash overflowing from all trash cans at the main entrance still at 10am on Sunday… Won’t go Hilton next time

I stayed here because i was a part of a talent showcase. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There is nothing that I didn't like about my stay. I am very pleased.

Mainly got the room so my kids could get in the pool but it was out of service even tho staff kept saying it was open. 200 a night the room could have a microwave. Other than that is was good.

I loved the location of the hotel, staff, the room was very clean AC worked very well, tv, privacy, bed was comfy and how convenient everything was.

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan and the door was very close to the toilet. Also the pool water was very cloudy and seemed dirty the hot tub was closed.

Our room on the first floor that we got looked old and the linen looked dirty. My daughter had rashes all over her body after we woke up. We were in a rush to go ahead on our trip and didn’t bother complaining.

The staff was very rude also someone used my card to order drinks from the bar. My TV didn't work I asked the management what could be done she stated nothing. How can you charge $250 for a room and the TV didn't work!

The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean.

1.- no refridgeator, no microwave. for the. "Helton", this should. have been standard. 2.- when I plugged my phone in to charge, the lamp went out, and the light bulb fell out and broke. I didn't report this just to tired.

The room is total not clean and the beds not comfortably I thought Hilton hotel high level or class hotel but in fact it is only normal thing bed mattress is like sleeping motel for 20 night.

Service was amazing! Elevators were fast. Restaurant & room service were good. Like the lobby area & parking was good.

Rooms needed to updated. It was the first time EVER that I have been at a hotel pool and there was private swimming lessons for children going on, that was very strange. The hot tub wasn’t working was disappointing. Also there was another guest a few doors down w a large dog that kept barking for hours, very displeased to have to listen to.

Location was convenient to the highway and food places.

Location of the room (#170) was directly behind the elevator and Ice maker. Loud humming in my room through the night and noises from guests as they entered the hall from lobby. (There were doors)

The only great thing about this hotel was the location. The coffee/lounge area was lively

My booking took a while to appear on their system so I had to sit for a short while - which was alright. I however got a room- room 432 to be exact. This room was DATED! The HVAC unit was so noisy, sounded like a train, it was kinda cold but I had to compromise warmth for silence...brrrr... I barely slept! When open, the bathroom door touches the bathtub and almost touches the toilet, the lampshades were dusty and huge (dated!) The window overlooked a roof with other HVAC units - talk about room with a view! which further contributed to the noise. The breakfast was horrible - comparable to a motel. Surprisingly, I had previously stayed at this property in a room on the 6th floor which was halfway decent - its a pity that there is such disparity between rooms in the same hotel! There is a Starbucks in the lobby, I was further disappointed that they could not make me a cappuccino (basic) something about their machine being out of order or no milk....I cannot remember. It was just a series of bad experiences... The location is great though and the lounge/lobby is good for meetings or casual meeting with friends. If you have to stay here, ask for a room on the 6th floor and skip breakfast, there are tons of good breakfast restaurants in North Hills.

I paid to stay at the Hilton for the hot tub that is advertised on the website. I come to find out it has been down for 3 weeks. That is something that needs to be noted on the website. I could have stayed anywhere else that was a lot cheaper but chose the Hilton for the hot tub. Extremely disappointed. Not from NC so I traveled as well.
