The pool. That’s literelly it.
We wanted a partial refund due to having to switch rooms because the first room was absolutely disgusting, bed skirt was dirty in both rooms, the carpet was filthy in both rooms, like we felt so dirty stepping in it without socks/shoes. My babies white socks were literelly black within one hour. there was still trash in the floor in both rooms and a ton of crumbs (such as chips and pepperonis from the previous people who stayed), the mirror looked like it had a poop smear in the 2nd room that moved us too. The vending Machines had ALL expired things, including the breakfast muffins the next morning. We only stayed because they refused to help us since we booked through here and this was all the extra money we had to spend for my kids to have a good spring break get away. So we couldn’t just up and leave and find a new place. We would really appreciate a partial/full refund due to us having a terrible experience.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Towels were nice and plush.
A/C in room worked very well. Sink had a beautiful countertop. Shower was nice with glass sliding doors.
The smell of weed lingering the halls, the parking lot in the back was trashed with beer bottle caps, beer cans thrown in the bushes, other trash around the grounds, several screens in the windows were torn. The landscaping and shrubs are not kept up. Men parked just sitting in their white work van and minivan. Being a female, I would not stay here alone. The female attendant at check in did not smile or welcome us. The bathroom had hairs on the floor. No hairdryer. No elevator. A/C in upstairs hallway was out so hall was stuffy.

Breakfast was excellent. Disappointed the hot tub is gone. Stayed here the last several years during Murifield Golf tournament and also golfed. We looked forward to using the hot tub. Will check to see if someone else in the area or even up north before we get to Marysville has a hot tub.

honestly I can’t say much good about the facility it’s tucked off the road in a weird location, staff was awkward borderline weird, and it smelled like wet dog
literally everything. we were really only there to sleep but it was gross, the shower was dirty the bathroom was small, and the price was high for a random weekend in April.

took about 20 minutes to check in due to confused clerk. no breakfast

No high chairs or booster seats. Poor quality. Constantly had windows open in breakfast area and front desk.
Employees that checked us in was not properly trained and took over 45 minutes. Bad key cards. Went thru 10+ before she got one to work. Had to keep going up and getting it fixed. Door handle was broke. Hard to get in any door. Had to get blankets and towels when we got there. Not enough shampoo for 4 guest in our room. Very run down and out dated.

I liked the location. I liked the beds. He staff were friendly
We arrived at 9:30 pm and there were bags of garbage outside of room in hallway left by cleaning crew. The bathroom showers was never cleaned. Solid black curly hair in drain & walls. Foot prints on floor of shower.

Absolutely nothing.
I have been looking forward to writing up this hotel. This was one of 16 different hotels we used in this Canada/USA 18day and well done this was the worst by a long way. To start off with the poor girl on reception obviously hadn't been there long and certainly hadn't run reception late in the evening alone. Not her fault particularly but check in took over 45mins, the reason mentioned to all of us was a truck hitting the broadband supply to the hotel. I found this hard to believe as they had sadly got my Booking.com reservation for 20mins earlier without any problems but then the chaos began. Shen then went of to have frustrations with the computers, the key machine, tell each guest checking in the same story thinking non of us heard her say the say thing to the 3 people before us!! I actually thought this was all a set up to see what our reaction was going to be. Breakfast was a disgrace and I don't really know why they bother. I believe you get what you pay for but this was an over priced slum wit all sorts of undesirables staying there/living there. Was glad to leave just a shame you can't get a refund.

It was nice and Quiet and Staff was very helpful.. Room was clean and maids always checked with us too make sure we had what we needed..
The hot tub could of been alot hotter than it was.. It was only luke warm like a bath tub kinda.. But on the other had I got to sit back and relax like I wanted to..

Our room was in the back second floor. Smelled like smoke, room a little rough. The entire property needs updated. Sorry won’t be back-
