Great value. Not updated in a long time but had your standard hotel amenities. Staff were friendly.
Needs updating but I'm sure budget is an issue

It's an older motel run by the owner. Clean rooms but in need of a few updates my room didn't have air conditioning but a ceiling fan. It was cool night so I was comfortable. But for the price is return as it's on the St Lawrence with its own boat launch. The owner is very friendly and great view from rooms facing the river
Bathroom didn't have a power outlet for me not a deal breaker

The price
There is access to the Saint Lawrence River although I didn’t check it out. Property is dated but clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed.

Bathroom tiny. But clean
The view was priceless. Very quiet as little traffic at night. I did hear train in the night but didn’t mine as I lived near train crossing. The staff was very pleasant, ready check in. The whole place is dated but very clean room. Outside run down. For a short stay got value for cost
