Excellent customer service. We had our room upgraded to a newly remodeled room. King rooms were awesome!
It was nice having walmart just across the street. The pool and hottub were very clean.
The restaurant Dennys was not as good as other Dennys. Food was overcooked and service was mediocre.

Upon checking in, I was greeted with friendly staff who were very helpful with directions. I got booked into one of the newly renovated rooms, which was very nicely done. My room was clean. There is a pool, hot tub, small gym and a restaurant attached to the hotel (Denny’s)
I found the bed a bit on the stiff/hard side. Woke up with a sore back, had to use extra pillows to help with comfort.

Room was spacious and very comfortable, location was great and the parking was good .
I didn't like the fact that the staff stand and smoke at the dustbin at the entrance to the lobby so you get some annoying second hand smoke as you arrive at the hotel, management should be more considerate and have a smoking area away from public view for their staff.

The complete hotel needs an update. The wall paper is the original paper, it is dirty, the baseboards are all banged up and marked up, and the tile floor in bathroom is all cracked.. the carpets are black in colour which makes me think they are that colour so they don’t show the dirt. The door into the room only had the one lock the safety lever was broken, the one half was gone. The air conditioner did not cool the room enough.

Central location and that White Spot was attached to hotel
The included breakfast, while served in the White Spot restaurant, was ok (eggs, toast, potatoes, sausage or bacon) but it would have been nice if they simply offered a set value (say $5) towards a menu item of your choice.

Very nice staff, we booked for 2 nights but had to leave after 1 night for an emergency and they did not charge the 2nd night very nice of them. There are still good people in this world. And it was nice to have Denny's restaurant attached to it, I did not have to go outside in the cold for breakfast

Building smelled old and the room was outdated and didn't seem the cleanest. The toilet seat was broken.

we had a scary medical incident well there and the staff on shift at the time were AMAZING and the staff that came on next were obviously briefed good on what had happened and were also very good and caring , going the extra mile .

Super convenient location. Friendly & accommodating staff. Restaurant attached was a plus.
There's not much for soundproofing and the beds were a bit too soft for my personal comfort.

Didn’t know anything about breakfast, wasn’t informed.
But if it was from Denny’s I just ate there and had the worst fish and chips in my life.
When I booked the hotel I had previously stayed at the Ramada and again I wasn’t impressed by the cleanliness of the place and asking time again just to have my room cleaned which was done once in a two week stay.
Not to mention the bugs.
Hoping for a cleaner place and even had asked it to be set up for a regular cleaning which didn’t happen and also called for it to be done and didn’t happen. Think the rooms need a dredging up due to dents and tips in the wall covering and broken tiles in the bathroom and a fan that wouldn’t shut off even after I was told if I turned down the thermostat it still ran.
Looks like I am a glutton fir punishment since I just booked another stay for two noughts due to work…

The location was good, the staff was very friendly. The check-in, check-out process was simple and quick.
The hotel was quite dirty, when we got to our room, I noticed that there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I did let the front desk know and they were very apologetic and said they would get it sorted right away, as we had to leave shortly after check in. Upon our return the dirty towel was still there. When I inquired with the front desk again, they advised me that the towel was picked up, which it wasn't. They had gone to the wrong room and collected their towel instead. It was quite late and I asked for housekeeping to collect the towel the following day which they said they would make sure it gets sorted in the morning. I ended up having to go back to the front desk the following day as it was not picked up by housekeeping. Finally once we returned in the late afternoon, the towel was picked up and new towels were put in.
The ceiling by the shower also had water damage and looked to be moldy. The beds weren't super comfortable and the hotel room was quite worn down.
I think partially the issue was a super busy weekend and under staffed.

The location was fine. Denny’s restaurant was poor. Low on staff. Had to wait to order, then wait to receive food.
Cleanliness overall. The room’s washroom the tub look like mould, the sink was rusting out. The elevator appears not to be cleaned and the lobby was tidy but chips in the floor tiles and a big stain on the carpet in the foyer. Furniture had garbage stuffed in the sides.

The sheets and towels were clean, they were pet friendly, and the room was a decent size.
There was black mold in the bathroom, the walls looked like they had never been cleaned, the beds were so old and used it was like sleeping on partially filled air mattresses, the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls, and the room was in desperate need for a deep clean.
