Manager was a very helpful and friendly guy with a great attitude.

The room was in need of a little freshening up. there was no desk or table in the room which I could have used for work.

Convenient location

Room cleanings only done early morning. Not done at all if you leave room later in morning. AC not working properly. Inquired about late check out, told we would have to ask at check out time next day. (Negates sleeping in due to flight not leaving til later in day). Was granted late check out til noon. Then cleaning staff came noteably earlier than this for terminal clean. Serious issues refunding damage deposit. (Zero damage or issues with room). Was refused initially, including when card presented that was used for damage deposit. Had to go into card billing statements online to prove card was used…. Staff training required ???!!!!!

Great value overall! And amazing help from front desk staff, in particular Chaitali :)

Air conditioning in 2 of the 3 rooms didn't work. After a quick check of the AC filter, it appeared to not have been cleaned in a very long time. Even the AC in the hallways were not on. ( it was extremely warm that day).
