Location. Distance to Union Square is just only 2 min walking .
Staff were very friendly.
The size of room for a person is enough.
In general, the hotel is clean and well organized.
I guess the sheets were not changed during makeup the room.

location was where we wanted to be, near Union Square and the BART station.
snippy desk woman who warmed up over the time of our stay; reminded me of my sister. Very old hotel, which we knew. Fine for a short stay, clean enough, easy walk from the BART station.
