The location was wonderful every place we visited was within 2 minutes. The bed was comfortable.

I booked a balcony room and come to find out this hotel doesn’t even have balconies. So that’s false information/advertising. So we received an overpriced room when we could’ve paid a cheaper price for the same room.

There were very few employees working so they seemed overwhelmed. The coffee bar in the lobby was never open which was annoying if you depended on it for coffee. There was a private party at the rooftop restaurant both nights so it was not open to guests

The esthetics was not inviting as a premier hotel

I assume they was not finished, my room ac unit didn’t work and then find a key card in the bed, then the bathroom was half ass Done not clean then rust on the bathroom and peeling of the ceiling in the shower. Food left on the refrigerator also . This was my first time in this hotel and this was horrific.

A notre arrivée, la personne de la réception nous a informé que notre réservation avait été annulée car il y avait eu trop de réservation par rapport au nombre de chambres! Il nous ont offert une chambre dans leur second établissement qui ne correspondait pas du tout aux critères de la chambre initiale, nous avions l'impression d'être dans un motel! Pour terminer, nous n'avons pas eu droit au petit-déjeuner car le service ferme à 9h30 et nous nous sommes présentés à 10h! Nous n'avions pas été informés des horaires du petit-déjeuner! Pas d'indemnités et pas d'excuses pour ça!

They claim the beds are queen size but they are really double bed size

The rooms weren’t clean until 7:30 PM for check in. Desk staff couldn’t find available rooms.

I didn’t like when I got to my room trash and old sheets was sitting outside my room door I even tripped over the trash and sheets called and asked someone to get it up and no one came until the next morning

There were more irate guests than just me. The bar was late in opening and the kitchen had very limited Pub fare. Of course the Bar Tender was apologetic. On Sunday they closed about 8:30. There was no Coffee in my room (Rm 1514) I was told they only provide a microwave if requested. It never came. Truthfully this was the very worst Double Tree I have ever stayed in. I compared the Hotel in Portland as a comparison and they were far superior.

We first asked for a quiet room up high. We would be extremely tired from working as we were there putting down flooring for a home all weekend. They suggested us to stay on the 12th floor. They put us right next to the ice vending machine and near the stairs. It was very noisy. We got no rest due to people using the machine and slamming doors. We also asked for a nice view which we did not get. We stayed 2 nights. The second night we woke up smelling smoke ( smelling like burnt popcorn) coming from the hallway. We had to call the front desk to report this. It continued throughout the night. We also asked for our room to be cleaned on Saturday when we returned from working. It was never cleaned!! Paying for 2 nights in a nice Hilton Hotel is unacceptable for this kind of treatment. We also were called 2x after 10pm when we were trying to sleep asking for a card to be put on file. There was already a card on file and the charges were already taken out. We will not stay here again or refer this hotel to our friends!! I was very disappointed as I’ve stayed at Hilton Hotels many times and my father is a member. He will be canceling his membership I’m sure after I tell him of our experience this past weekend. We should get a complete refund!!

not much choices for someone that doesn’t want a full breakfast. only has a buffet when there and the coffee being sold didn’t not provide pastries, so not much choices.

The location.

We came for our 20th anniversary. We get to our room & find out that we are attached to another room with a family & kids screaming & talking loud all tines of night. I've traveled for year's & never had an attached room unless I specifically asked for it with my kids! We basically had to blast the TV TO DROWN OUT ALL THE NOISE!! Not exactly the romantic vibe that we were going for!!!

the location was great. there are lots of pretty design features throughout the hotel.

it seemed always a bit understaffed. I tried asking for a baby cot and the staff didn’t even know what it was. she had to ask someone else but apparently they were all in use? that seemed surprising as there were very few young families staying there from what I can tell. it would be nice if they could add more to their supplies. the next morning, only one person was on the desk and I called and called and couldn’t reach the front desk for over an hour. I was also unimpressed to see a $30 parking fee on my invoice, which no one had mentioned and seems overpriced for one night.
