Extremely accommodating staff. Very comfortable bed. Modern and clean bathroom.
The location is beside a busy subway station overPass. That is only downside

Very good location in heart of Chinatown close to subway station. Clean and tidy. Reception staff gave useful recommendations.
Room AC can be quite cold with no option to control temperature within the room. Gentle rumble of trains crossing nearby bridge is audible but doesn’t distract from sleep.

Despite being in the shadow of the Manhattan bridge, the double-glazed windows did their work. Aside from a dull rumble, it wasn't noisy. Wonderful comfy bed and lovely shower with strong water pressure. Clean overall hotel. Location is a bit iffy, and for people not from there, which I am, it can be a bit daunting and isolated. Accommodating, helpful staff.
The wifi was a bit iffy. Would love a water kettle in the room, and maybe a full length mirror.

Great location and friendly staff.
Sewage smell in room from bathroom. It was overwhelming and they could not really do anything about it. Also, room was freezing cold and we had no control over the temperature. That was manageable, but the smell was tough. Tha fully, we were able to keep it mostly contained to the bathroom by shutting the door. And, we could air out the room by opening the window.
