The hosts were very friendly. Roger was there as soon as we pulled in and offered to help with our luggage. The property has many large, old trees and we enjoyed sitting in the sun, feeling like there was nobody else around. In the evening we relaxed on the front porch. Different options are offered for breakfast, as well as what time you would like to have it. The room was lovely, with a large ensuite bathroom

Amazing breakfast, gracious hosts! Room was very spacious and beautifully decorated! Lovely property with a great location.
Personal preference - the mattress on the bed was just a bit firmer than we would have liked.

Joyce and Roger were wonderful hosts. Breakfast was delicious. Room and washroom were very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Definitely a 10 and recommend to anyone for accommodation in the Port Dover/ Simcoe area.
