very clean and comfy beds

VERY nosiy hallways at night. alot of people yelling and running in the halls.

Location. Very helpful and polite staff. Very good breakfast.

Parking a little awkward and tight to get into with a pickup truck, and entrance gate not positioned for ease of using the parking card; had to exit the vehicle to reach the scanner. Also no elevator in parking garage so when leaving had to carry luggage up and down stairs (and front circle was occupied by a few cars so could not load luggage there). Not many luggage carts available most of the time)

The beds were comfortable, room cleaning service ok, people at the counter provided good customer service, accommodated our request for late check out without a fuss.

I didn't like that the front desk person who facilitated check in asked if I had a medical appointment and when I said yes he said, "I hope it's nothing serious" and when I asked how he knew about it he said "that's how we care for our customers." For me that was scary. I don't appreciate being asked about my medical appointment by a hotel front desk personnel. On other matters, the elevators were not working well-many people avoided them for fear of being trapped, the shower doors did not latch properly, the toilet paper holder was coming off from the wall, as a result, tissue paper kept falling, key card sometimes did not work, no decent cup for water at the lobby and water dispenser was tiny we could not fill up our water bottle. There does not seem to be good insulation as we can clearly hear the noise outside the door.
